Four methods, endless possibilities. Each technique brings out different qualities in your beans.
Use a gooseneck kettle and pour in slow, concentric circles. Water at 93°C extracts the cleanest flavors from light roasts.
Coarse grind is key. Steep for exactly 4 minutes, then plunge slowly. The metal filter preserves oils for a full body.
Dial in with 18g in, 36g out in 28 seconds. Adjust grind finer if the shot runs fast, coarser if it chokes.
Try the inverted method for a richer cup. Medium-fine grind, 80°C water, and a 1:15 ratio yields a smooth, concentrated brew.
Every region imparts unique character. Explore the terroir behind your favorite cup.
